Chamb recently completed the loading and shipment of a consignment of high-frequency welded finned tubes, with a total cargo volume of approximately 10 tons. The goods have been successfully dispatched to Bahrain via [port of loading/shipping schedule], marking another solid step in Chamb’s supply of heat exchange products to the Middle East market. The finned tubes in this shipment are manufactured using high-frequency welding technology, in which the tube body and fins are firmly joined by high-frequency resistance welding. This process delivers low contact thermal resistance, high heat transfer efficiency, and reliable temperature and pressure resistance, making the products widely applicable in oil & gas processing, power plant heat exchange, waste heat recovery, and chemical processing applications. The products were produced in strict accordance with the specified standards [e.g., GB/T, ASTM, or client-specified standard], and both tube and fin materials were carefully verified to ensure full conformity with the order requirements. In terms of quality control, Chamb adheres to the principle of “inspection before shipment.” All products underwent full inspection prior to leaving the factory, covering dimensional accuracy, fin welding quality, material verification, and surface condition, with complete inspection records archived. Each batch was accompanied by full material test certificates (MTCs) and third-party inspection reports (where required), ensuring that every piece of cargo is traceable and verifiable, fully meeting customs clearance and client acceptance requirements at the destination.Considering the long-distance sea transportation, the finned tubes were packed with moisture-proof and impact-resistant export packaging. Corner guards and cushioning materials were applied to protect the fins, both ends of the tubes were capped, and the cargo was firmly secured during container loading to ensure maximum safety in transit. All shipping documents, including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and certificate of origin, were prepared and shared with the client in a timely manner to ensure a smooth and transparent delivery process.Located in the Gulf region, Bahrain is a key node in the Middle East oil, gas, and petrochemical industry. This shipment represents another important order in Chamb’s continued expansion in the Middle East market. Moving forward, the company will keep focusing on core sectors including oil & gas, power, chemical, and heat exchange, providing overseas clients with end-to-end support covering product selection, technical coordination, production and delivery, and after-sales service.Chamb is long committed to the supply and service of steel pipes, pipe fittings, flanges, and heat exchange equipment, upholding the principles of consistent quality, on-time delivery, and responsive support. We warmly welcome inquiries from clients worldwide and look forward to building long-term, trust-based partnerships.
